You can run a segmentation for contact details > date added, and set the date for Jan 1, 2022 to today:

You can then export this segment directly to your device, add them to a list and export, etc. Since printing out lots of data in a CSV like this can result in a ton of info listed, we'd recommend utilizing a spreadsheet program you have access to, and managing the columns, rows, text wrapping, etc. prior to printing.
