We constructed our first survey and have called several times to get it right I have been pleased with everyone I spoke to
However there have been bugs or glitches which I don't understand now I'm on hold for 20 minutes looking for a solution to my problem here it is.
Now that our survey has been sent out the responses are coming in however when I click on the response hyperlinks to see who is responding nothing comes up and they say that they can't find any responses which match our criteria even though their are listed on the response page.
Has anyone else experienced that problem and wonderfing how you fix it.
