RSVP responders not able to see confirmation page

Hi, we're using the RSVP module in an email campaign and noticed that while some respondents are redirected to a "thank you for your submission" page, others encounter an error. Fortunately, all responses are being tracked, but we want to fix this so that every respondent sees their RSVP confirmation.
