I totally understand how important it is to keep track of your billing information and access those statements. I'd be happy to walk you through where to find your past invoices in your Constant Contact account!
Only the Account Owner has full access to the billing information, so make sure you are logged in as that user.
Here are the simple steps to view your billing statements:
Access Account Settings: Depending on your account view, either click the profile icon in the lower-left corner (or the three dots if the menu is collapsed) or click your profile name in the upper-right corner and select Settings from the drop-down.
Go to the Billing Tab: Click the Billing tab.
View Statements: Look for and click the View statements button.
From there, you can:
Select a specific time period or date range using the calendars and click Show to view the activity for that timeframe.
Optionally click the Invoices tab and then click on an invoice number to see the details.
Print or Email an invoice by clicking the respective options and selecting what you want to include (All activity, Payments, Invoices, or Invoices with detail).
