Am I missing something? Why is anniversary missing from the searchable fields in contact list and segmentation??

At this time, anniversary date isn't a searchable contact field. The fields that can be used for search settings in the contacts dashboard are currently:
- Name or Email
- Email Domain
- Job Title
- Company Name
- City, State/Province
- Zip/Postal Code
- Custom fields that aren't date fields
