How can I send an email to my contacts that haven't opened the last two emails I sent? I have attempted to segment different ways, but none successfully.

You can make a segment with the following criteria:
- Contact Activity > Did Not Open > A specific email > the first of the last two emails sent
- AND
- Contact Activity > Did Not Open > A specific email > the second of the last two emails sent
Once that segment has finished refreshing, you can either send directly to it, or add it to a list and then send to the list.
