Can I select multiple segments when sending an email?

Will there ever be an option to select multiple segments when sending an email? This seems like a strange limitation.

I have one contact list that I import with a column that has different keywords for my segments.

I do know that you can add the segments to a list but that would need to be done each time, and my list of contacts grows each day.

The main workaround option is to add the segments to a list, then send your email to that list if you want to target multiple segments at once. Your other option is to copy the email and send it to each segment.
