We are unable to control if a recipient's email program sorts emails sent through us into specific folders, as this is something only they can control. You can setup your account for self-authentication to improve delivery, however the receiving side still needs to either get rid of "Promotions" type folders, or move your emails into their normal inbox to teach their algorithm.

If you need additional information regarding this, we'd recommend speaking with the Delivery team.
