Is there a way I can set a timed alert on sent test emails? Sometimes my receivers of the proof don't respond to the test email. We send a lot of emails out and it's hard to stay on top of all to make sure they get sent.

You could include some verbiage in the test's subject line (which you'd need to remember to change prior to the actual sendout), or include that wording in the test send extra messaging. Beyond that, no there isn't really a way to do this tha would work consistently across all email programs, nor anything existing in our systems at this time for any one particular email program.
