Setting up sequence
I noticed that I chose "clicks" in order to go forward with the next email. However, no one clicked. I would like to change the click to open so that the sequence moves through. Any thoughts? Can change it so it goes through the sequence. I only sent out 2 emails so now I need to reload all opens and resend independently.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the trigger of an automated email once it has already been activated. If you wanted to use a different trigger, you would need to copy the existing automated series and change the trigger type to When a contact opens an email.
