I have an active sign up page (landing page) that does not show up in my account to edit. This is the legacy landing page sign up form available in all accounts by default. To edit that form, you can find it in your Sign-up forms option under Marketing Campaigns, via the Legacy landing pages option. It'll be labelled as "Sign-Up Form" at the top of that page.
