Is SMS texting supported by Constant Contact. I see conflicting information. When I go to setup it tells me not supported, yet when I search in help I see many articles that show it is. Can someone clarify for me?

At this time, SMS messaging is not supported for nonprofit organizations within our platform. This means nonprofits are unable to send text message campaigns through our system. We understand that SMS can be a powerful engagement tool, and we are continuously evaluating options to expand our communication channels in the future.
In the meantime, we recommend using email campaigns to connect with your audience. Email remains one of the most effective and reliable ways to reach donors, volunteers, and members with updates, event information, and fundraising efforts. Nonprofits can take advantage of our email tools, including templates designed specifically for fundraising, newsletters, and advocacy communication.
