I have a whole list of clients that have opted into SMS communication, but it is from a different platform. Is there a way to import that list into Constant Contact? Everything I've tried keeps telling me I have to create the list from scratch within your platform...

If you can export the contacts with the requisite info, then you can upload that into your Constant Contact account. Make sure to check our main article on importing SMS contacts so you know what info you need for Compliance, and how to label it for ease of upload.
