SMS marketing best practices
Hi there! I have a few quesitons regarding the SMS messages. Can we add a photo or video? Also, are we able to reply to messages we receive back? Thank you!

At this time the SMS marketing is meant to be a one-directional tool. There are basic codes that recipients can respond with that are standards, and will include fill-in elements that you provide. Additionally, images, video, and other media beyond basic text and links isn't able to be sent through the SMS tool.
