SMS record logging problem when I add a record to sms
When I add a record to my SMS list, it is no longer editable,. I change a field and it errors out on the SMS phone number which is greyed out. This only happens to records that have been added to SMS list.

Hello @RalphH ,
I'd advise calling in for further, live troubleshooting with the affected SMS contacts. It could be something compliance-related, or a glitch that requires more hands-on troubleshooting and sharing of specific contact information that we can't do through our public Community forum.
