I have SMS and not used it.
I am looking to see if someone can text you back with SMS.
Example time changes of appointments or needs to communicate?
If it can’t do this I may unenroll. I need an interactive chat (1:1) but also send texts to as needed to clients

If you need to go back over how the SMS tool works, I'd recommend this overview article. The SMS tool doesn't support 1:1 conversations and interactions, nor particularly custom responses like appointment change requests.
