Once your account is registered and approved for SMS marketing, you are assigned a dedicated 10-digit phone number, and this number cannot be changed.
Here are the key details from the Constant Contact SMS Registration Guide: Constant Contact assigns you a unique toll-free or 10DLC number during registration. You cannot use your own personal mobile number or choose a specific custom number. When you register, the system pulls your Organization Name as the default Sender Name. Once registration is complete, you cannot edit this sender name.
If you have not finished the registration process yet, you can still update your Organization Name in your account settings to ensure the "Sender Name" is correct. However, if you are already live and sending texts, the number and name are permanent for that registration.
