How can I delete the personalization option from my emails?

If you've added it to your subject lines, it's as simple a matter as just backspacing / erasing it when in the email editor, or on the scheduling page. If you're referring to the personalization elements in the body of the email, it's as simple a matter as just backspacing that text.
