In that case, I think I'm a bit confused on what the request is for. If you're sending the initial email right away, it’ll ask you to confirm that you want to send it right away. If you're scheduling the email ahead of time, it'll confirm you're wishing to schedule the email. The RSNO isn't the one asking to be sent right away, it's the initial email altogether.
When setting up the automated RSNO, it has a blue Confirm, not a "send" button. For example:
