SurveyMonkey Integration

Is the SurveyMonkey integration still available/working? I tried adding this to my account, but the button isn't showing up as an option under "Action Blocks" while building a newsletter. This is my first time to try this, so I may have just missed something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! -Rebecca
