You will only see Instagram accounts that are connected to your Facebook page - are all five of them connected to your Facebook page? Here is a guide on how to make sure they are properly connected. Additionally, the Instagram pages have to be classified as business pages in order to connect. Here is a guide that should assist you in making sure they are all classified as business pages.
