Can I save an email design as a template instead of needing to copy an old campaign? I want to create a template newsletter design that has all my design options, and then for individual campaigns I can delete the ones I don't need, but won't have to recreate them next time I need them.

Yes, you can save templates you've designed in the editor for future use when creating or copying directly from.
