Test emails not going to corporate account

I have tried several times to send a test email to my company address and I am not receiving...how can i fix??

Hi @marcb21. I sent a test of your most recent email to my email address and it came into my inbox. There are a few reasons why this can happen. The most common reason is a security setting from your email client that will block test emails from a set of IP addresses. I recommend reviewing these articles from our Knowledge Base:
