I created an email blast in the wrong account. Is there a way to transfer an e-blast from one account to another? I don't want to have start completely over. The first email was very labor intensive.

Unless the template was originally built in a partner account that can distribute it to its child accounts, there's nothing for transferring templates between accounts.

You'd either need to rebuild the template from scratch in the correct account, or order a campaign copy through phone support.Â
