When uploading an Excel spreadsheet file with multiple tabs, will Constant Contact upload entire workbook or do I need to make each tab a separate file? Thanks!

No, only the first page will be read when trying to upload a contact file. If there are no applicable columns / the file isn't formatted properly on the first page (such as with having a title page for the first page), then the upload will error out. I'd recommend checking out our article on formatting contact files for upload.
