Yes, you're welcome to rearrange blocks and an email template's layout. If you're needing a basic, pre-built structure we have a wide variety of different themed templates available on the selection screen. Otherwise you can also go with a super basic or blank layout to add blocks 100% from scratch (easily searchable via keywords "basic" or "blank").
For additional control over an email's structure, and if you know HTML coding, you're also welcome to utilize the custom code editor to build your emails.
