Unsubscribe button

How do I get this button to work in my email campaign? I have been trying all afternoon and it will not work. Please assist as I believe this is mandatory on all business emails, correct?

Every email actually sent out to contacts - does not apply to test emails, the preview, nor the webpage version of the email - will include an unsubscribe link that is coded to the specific contact being sent to.
