Unsubscribe button not working

Why is the unsubscribe button not working when we send our campaign from Outlook?

Hello @IanA1 ,

 

If you're sending an email through Outlook and not through our system, then several elements are unlikely to work. The unsubscribe button in our system only works for emails sent through our system, as it pulls the contact's info in order to properly code it for sending.
