Update profile/remove former staff members

The original account owner for CC was my previous Communications Director. Unfortunately, she left the organizing without redistributing the info we would need to move forward. We're hiring even more people and don't want the page's ownership to be attributed to a former staff member. Does anyone have ideas about how this can take place??
