The contacts I imported have a column from excel titled "cell phone number" however none of the numbers imported at all. How can I ensure they import correctly?

Since SMS numbers are treated like email addresses (meaning they must be a unique identifier for each contact), the system is very strict about what it accepts. The issue is likely coming from one of these two areas:
1. Duplicates & Conflicts
If a phone number in your spreadsheet is already assigned to a different contact in your account, the system won't import it to avoid merging the wrong people.
If the same number appears more than once in your spreadsheet, the system may skip them.
2. Formatting
Ensure all numbers are US-based; international numbers will not import for SMS.
Check that the numbers are formatted consistently throughout the column.
I recommend doing a quick export of your current SMS contacts from Constant Contact and comparing it to your spreadsheet. Remove anyone from your upload file who is already in your account, and double-check that there are no duplicate numbers listed in the file itself.
