uploading contacts from access database

If an integration has been developed between the program you use for your database and our system, then it could be possible. You can check the integrations tab of your account to see if there's any we've officially developed or 3rd party ones we recognize. 

The other option would be to export the contacts from your database as a file - CSV or XLS would be best - and import that as a contact file. If you're doing this, make sure the file is properly formatted for ease of import.
