I was able to upload a video in my campaign, trying to upload another one and it won't let me. Can I only add one video per campaign

Videos aren't uploaded to campaigns, they're linked to - whether you're using a dedicated video block or a standard linking method - text, image, or buttons.

You can link multiple videos in a single email, including inserting and linking multiple video blocks. If you're finding your video link is incompatible with the video block, I'd advise using one of the regular linking methods:
