Video link error

Hello! I wonder if anyone has had issues with a video link to a YouTube video not working? I'm getting an error message when I try to paste it in. Here's the link. It seems to be working fine on my end as I've tested it, and it is a live video: https://youtu.be/pgfKNTnNJrc?si=bbApiJ1L-hE2Svqg

Here's the error message I'm getting: "Oops! We can't find that link. Check the URL or reach out to our support team for more information."

Hi EllenK98,

Because this video is very recent, the most probable cause is the "Allow embedding" option on YouTube. To check this, open YouTube Studio, locate the video in your content list, click the pencil icon to edit, scroll down to "Show more," and make sure the "Allow embedding" checkbox is selected. If it isn’t, Constant Contact won't be able to retrieve the thumbnail.

If embedding is enabled, also confirm that the video's privacy setting is either Public or Unlisted—not Private. Occasionally, since the video is newly uploaded, it may take a bit of time for the system to recognize it. If the video block still doesn’t work, you can use a workaround: take a screenshot of the video player, insert that image into your email, and link the image directly to the YouTube video.
