One of my favorite things about is that I could see how many times someone opened an email. For instance, if Mary opened her email 112 times I could be fairly certain that Mary forwarded her email to a bunch of her friends. Is there any way to track this time of information in Constant Contact?

You can view individual contacts' email activity via their individual pop-up on the Contacts page.Â

You can also view this kind of information in an email's reporting, for example the drilldown for the specific email's opens.Â
