Hey guys im trying to use the Welcome email automation but its isnt working. I've tried two different times to test it but it still wont work. What could be happening?

Hi @JeremiahM48. Automated welcome emails areĀ sent when a contact joins a list from a sign-up form created in your account (such as a landing page). In order to send automated emails to a list that you manually add contacts to or upload a file of new contacts (which is appears you have done here), you will need to create an automated series which is available through our Plus plan.
