Welcome Path for Inline Website Sign Up Form

I have a great welcome automated email that sends when people use our sign up form. Unfortunately, most of our new subscribers are signing up via an inline sign-up form on in the footer of our website. Is there a way to send the same automated welcome email to those new subscribers too? Or can I copy that welcome email from the automated path and somehow manually send it to the new subscribers from the inline form?
