What's the quickest and easiest way to download email addresses from an Excel (xlsx) spreadsheet

Hello @SteveE349 ,
I'd recommend just going with a normal contact file upload. Any contacts (email addresses) being reuploaded will simply have new info updated accordingly (list membership, name, physical address, etc.), but otherwise left alone in the import process.
