I create a new email address for our event, but where is the inbox?

If you created an entirely new email address for an event, presumably its inbox be accessed via whatever program you used to make the email address to begin with. Beyond that, we wouldn't really have any insight, since it's something you'd have had to make outside of our system to begin with.
