I want to send an email to my VIP's asking them reply to the email requesting the discount code. I want to automate the reply email with a code. I can't seem to find a 'contact replies to an email' trigger. How would I set this up?

This is isn't a possible trigger for automations at this time, as contacts replying to your email is something done wholly outside of our system. You'd need to utilize some other trigger type for the automation.
