Will unsubscribes carry over when I upload a new master list?

If I download and consolidate all of our contact lists within Constant Contact to a new master list and then upload this new master list - will Constant Contact recognize the old unsubscribes and keep them in place?

Hello @KoryMitchell ,

Re-uploading unsubscribed contacts will keep them unsubscribed, they can only resubscribe via:

the standard resubscription confirmation,
signing back up via one of your sign up forms,
by providing an explicit communication saying they wish to be subscribed, which you'd need to then present to our review team.
