Since this is a very recent video, the most likely issue is the "Allow embedding" setting on YouTube itself. You will want to go into your YouTube Studio, find this specific video in your content list, click the pencil icon to edit it, and then scroll all the way down to "Show more" to ensure the "Allow embedding" checkbox is ticked; if it is unchecked, Constant Contact can't pull the thumbnail.

If that box is already checked, double-check that the video is set to Public or Unlisted rather than Private. Also, because the video is brand new, sometimes the system just needs a little time to recognize it, so if the video block still won't work, you can try the manual workaround of taking a screenshot of the video player, inserting that image into your email, and just linking that image directly to the YouTube URL.
