Constant Tips: Did you know you can download your email as a PDF?

I was diving into our search data recently and noticed a lot of you are looking for one specific thing: How do I turn my email campaign into a PDF? Whether you need to show a draft to a boss who isn’t on the account, or you want a hard copy for your files, I have good news—it’s easier than you think.

How to Download and Print

You don’t need to be an IT whiz to make this happen. From your list of email campaigns:

  1. Click the three dots next to the email you want.

  2. Select “Download & print” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Choose your format!

Pro Tip: It doesn’t have to be a PDF. You can also save your email as a JPG or PNG file. The sky is the limit! (Well, if the sky only covered those three file types, anyway...)

New: Bulk Downloads

If you’re doing a quarterly review or archiving a whole series, you don’t have to do it one by one. You can now download up to 10 campaigns at once from the Campaigns page. Just check the boxes next to your emails, click Actions, and select Download as PDF. We’ll bundle them up into a neat little .zip file for you.

A Quick Compliance Note

While we love a good PDF, keep in mind that hosting a PDF version of your newsletter on your website is actually a violation of our terms.

The better way? Use your permanent email URL to share the live version, or use our Email Archive Widget to display your past work beautifully (and legally!) on your site.
