Constant Tips: Review SMS campaign performance with new drill-down options

Every Tuesday we’ll share tips, tricks, and insights on using Constant Contact, online marketing, and using the Community.

When leveraging SMS marketing, it’s important to check the reporting for your SMS campaigns.

We recently updated the drill-down options for viewing your SMS campaign reports. Now, you can click the numbers associated with Bounces, Delivered, Unsubscribed, and Clicks to view those particular contacts. A new date-range drop-down menu also allows you to choose a specific timeframe.

Review our KB article on how to view SMS campaign results. It covers how to access the Reporting tab for your SMS campaigns and view key performance metrics such as total sends and delivery success rates. Plus, you can export the data for further analysis. Check it out!
