When leveraging SMS marketing, it’s important to check the reporting for your SMS campaigns.
We recently updated the drill-down options for viewing your SMS campaign reports. Now, you can click the numbers associated with Bounces, Delivered, Unsubscribed, and Clicks to view those particular contacts. A new date-range drop-down menu also allows you to choose a specific timeframe.
