Customizing Your Community Profile with Pictures, Links and More

We’ve made it even easier to customize your community profile. Now you can share your social media profiles and website with the entire community. This is an excellent way to advertise your work and conveniently display all the important details on your profile.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Login to the Constant Contact Community.

  2. Click on your default user avatar in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Click on your profile picture (also called an avatar), typically located in the top-right corner of the page.

  4. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu to view your profile page.​

  5. Or click this link.

Editing your profile

There are several options available when updating your profile. You can change your profile picture to either a personal photo or a business logo. You can also share:

  • An 'About Me' description.

    • A few brief sentences explaining what you and/or your organization does.

  • Link to your business website for others to view.

    • Simply copy/paste your web address in the appropriate field.

  • What industry you are in.

  • Include the name of your business.

  • Location.

  • Add the social media links for your business.

    • You can copy/paste the social media links for:

      • LinkedIn

      • Instagram

      • YouTube

      • Facebook

Once you finish updating your profile, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes.
