IIf you tend to upload a lot of photos into your library, you may be wondering why some don't appear immediately when you’re creating an email. Don’t worry, they haven’t been deleted!
To keep your editing experience lightning-fast, we limit the initial display in the Images tab. While we know it can be frustrating when you have the perfect "hero shot" ready to go, we have some genius tricks up our sleeves to help you navigate your library like a pro in 2026.
1. Use the Power of the Image Block
Instead of scrolling through the Images tab on the sidebar to find your file, let the block do the work:
Add an Image Block to your email draft.
Click the block and select Replace.
This opens a full-screen view of your library, giving you more "breathing room" to find exactly what you need without performance lag.
2. Use Advanced Search
Why scroll through a never-ending library when you can jump straight to the finish line?
Open the Images tab or the Replace Image window.
Use the search bar to look for keywords.
Pro Tip: Click the Advanced link in the search box to filter by file type or date range. If you know you uploaded a logo last Tuesday, you can find it in seconds!
3. Organize with "Nested" Folders
Consider this digital decluttering! In 2026, you aren't limited to a flat list of folders.
Go to Assets > Library.
Create sub-folders to keep things ultra-organized. For example, you could have a main folder for "2026 Campaigns" and sub-folders for "Spring," "Summer," and "Fall."
By moving images into specific folders, you can use the Folder dropdown in the email editor to narrow your view to just the 10 or 20 images you need for that specific project.
4. Smart Naming Strategy
Keep future searches easy by renaming images with clear, searchable titles before or after you upload:
Instead of “IMG_8842.jpg,” try “Spring-Sale-2026-Main-Banner.”
If you're uploading a high-res photo (remember, we now support up to 20MB!), adding the year and campaign name to the title will make it show up instantly in any search.
These tips leverage the power of the 2026 platform to help you bypass limits and stay in your creative flow. Happy designing!
