We transformed our internal newsletter from Pdf for to email. The analytics are great, and we love using Constant Contact for this. Our review process goes through multiple levels of management. This requires us to forward the email from Outlook.
When we forward the newsletter, it adds so much space. The Administration reviews this and continuously asks why the spaces are so large. Unfortunately, per our process, it must be forwarded to them via our email system for their review.
Everything in the newsletter goes through Notepad before being pasted into Constant Contact to remove any abnormalities. Even if we type it straight in, we seem to have the same formatting issue. Any ideas on how we can solve this issue?
