How Can Less Selling Get More Sales?

Over the years working with small business marketing I've always lead my clients to focus on valuable content vs. asking the for sale at every turn.

We aim to focus on rapport building, nurturing an authentic connection and providing value to that subscriber or follower. In my experience, this greatly out performs a standard front and center sales campaign that's predictable and repetative.

Your follower or subscriber feels differntly towards you. You are one of the "good ones" that gets the emails clicked on right when they come in and the regular consistent social media engagement.

Example: An email series all about the ins and outs of the latest greate product release, with a consistent focus on the "Buy Now" message vs. an email series that tells the story of the business, the reason the product was created, some challenges along the way, and valuable content related to that topic, product, or interest. If you are in the landscaping service business, provide insightful expert tips on gardening, seasonality, little known hacks.

This simple but clear shift in marketing "strategy" of not focusing on the sale, brings more sales!
