Here's something I recommend all my clients do: post a request for Google reviews on social media once a month.
People have good intentions. They really do. But even when they've had a great experience with your business, life gets busy, and they forget to leave that review. A monthly reminder on social media gives them the nudge they need.
You're not begging. You're not being pushy. You're just making it easy for happy customers to follow through on something they probably meant to do anyway.
Keep it simple: "Had a great experience with us? We'd love a Google review! Here's the link: [your review link]." Pair it with a photo of your work, your team, or a happy customer (with permission, of course).
And here's the time-saver: use Constant Contact's social media scheduler to set this up as a recurring post. Schedule it for the same day every month, maybe the 15th or the last Friday, and let it run automatically.
Do you ask for Google reviews regularly? If you need help figuring out how to make this a habit or how to word your ask, I'm happy to assist you with this!
