People get busy. Inboxes get overwhelming. Sometimes your content just isn't hitting the mark right now. There is no need to panic.
Send a "We Miss You" campaign.
Be honest and human about it. In Constant Contact, you can segment your list by engagement level and target just the people who haven't opened your emails in a while. Send them a message that says something like "Haven't seen you open our emails in a while. Still want to hear from us?" Give them an easy out and an easy in.
The people who click to stay? Those are your engaged subscribers worth keeping.
