Are you an Agency, Consultant, or Freelancer looking to complete your Partner Certification? We've heard your feedback and want to make it easier for you to find the certification exam and continue leveraging your partnership with us!
The Partner Certification Exam is conveniently located within your account's Activities. Whether you're a new partner just starting out or it's time to renew your certification, here's exactly where to look:
Here's how to quickly locate your exam:
Log in to our Community using your Constant Contact partner account credentials.
In the Community platform, navigate to the "Activities" section (top left, in the blue navigation bar).
Your Partner Certification Exam will be assigned and appear directly in this section.
When will the exam appear in your Activities?
The exam will be assigned in your Activities at specific times to ensure you have ample opportunity to complete it:
For new partners: The exam will be assigned shortly after you become a new partner.
For existing partners: The exam will appear in your Activities approximately 30 days before your current certification expires. This gives you a full month to prepare and successfully complete the renewal.

Once you've completed your certification, you can:
Access Certified Partner presentation slides, which is accessible in Asset Library > Filter by Subtype and select "Certified Partner" (see screenshot here)
View your score by to going to the main Activities page, > click on “Completed Activities” > click “details" to be shown their score again (see screenshot here)
